How might we understand and then incorporate the goals of diverse individuals and groups in the design of micro-credentials? Decision makers consider a number of micro-credential attributes before making an implementation decision. Decision makers must commit to a single alternative and reject any other alternative, even though there may be some aspects of the other alternatives that are appealing. Participants will explore best practices for understanding and incorporating multiple viewpoints.
