Table Talk - 3 Pathways to Equitable Opportunities: Inclusive Design

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Continue the learning from the Panel by joining presenters for deep-dive conversations.

Open badges play a critical role in empowering people to progress on equitable pathways to career opportunities. In life learning journeys, each of us needs to design, own, combine, curate, and share badges that transparently and verifiably show what we know and can do. In this Table Talk, we'll explore what we mean by Inclusive Design, and discuss the systematic biases to equitable opportunities in our systems and structures, showing how uncovering them, creating on-ramps, open standards, and inclusive design are all essential to support human fulfillment to life sustaining careers.

*This will be held during a 60 minute session, with the idea that attendees rotate between different table talks for a period of approx. 20 mins.
