A Conversation Around Guiding Principles for Microcredentials

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This interactive session will be a conversation between Olivia Tufo, member services coordinator for the Interstate Passport program at WICHE, and Megan Raymond, senior director of membership and programs at WCET. The conversation will explore Interstate Passport, a unique transfer program that allows students to transfer all or nearly all their lower-division general education coursework as a block between member institutions, and various institutions and initatives that WCET has been engaging with for their blog series around microcredentialing.

Attendees will be encouraged to share their experiences and the approaches that their institutions have used to address topics like equity and quality assurance as they build out their own approach to badging and microcredentialing.
