Professional development is a core value within many institutions. Keeping employees engaged, motivated, and prepared in this evolving work environment was a challenge, especially with the COVID pandemic beginning its third year. In this session, we will discuss digital badges, the value of using a badging platform that is certified to the Open Badge standard, and UCF’s Division of Digital use of digital badges to incentivize professional development and training.
