Look at and learn about the “hidden” regulations that apply to MCRs, bootcamps and other similar programs offered by colleges and universities. What are we, as recognized providers of higher education, required to provide or tell our students who enroll in these programs? Are there other expectations that come with providing a certification with our institution’s name on it that we need to be aware of? What about for less formal, noncredit, activities? This session will also look at the regulatory “perfect storm” that appears to be forming on the horizon.
