As much as sharing what works can be instructive and help surface Best Practices that should be adopted, being public about our lessons learned can offer valuable insights so that others may avoid repeating our missteps. This informal sessions invites attendees beginning the journey to share their wonderings about predictable traps, and those with lessons already learned to tell the stories behind their bumps, bruises and scars.
